Bruce J. Guarino
President/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Guarino has over twenty-five years experience in the securities industry. Prior to Rockwell, he was a Senior Vice President and National Director of Sales for Investec, Ernst & Company, an International Specialized Bank headquartered in South Africa and the U. K. Mr. Guarino also served on Investec’s Executive Committee.
Previously, Mr. Guarino served as Executive Management at a number of boutique investment firms. Mr. Guarino graduated from St. John’s University with a degree in Government and Finance.
Glen R. Stifelman
Senior VP/Chief Compliance Officer
Glen R. Stifelman has been in the securities industry for over 20 years, having begun his career with Charles Schwab and Company in back office and branch management.
After 5 years he joined Quick & Reilly as a Branch Manager, served as President of Greenline USA (A division of Toronto Dominion Bank), Citicorp Securities Services as a Head Trader, the Head of Operations, Trading and Compliance for Instinet.com, Director of Operations and Compliance for Volaris Advisors, and a Vice President at Banc of America’s derivatives desk.
Mr. Stifelman has also served as a Regional Director of Compliance and Operations for The Response Companies and over the past few years has served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Evolution Financial Technologies. Currently, he also serves as a FINRA arbitrator.
Mr. Stifelman is a graduate of the State University College at Oneonta, New York.
Anthony J. Sarkis
Head of Equity Capital Markets

Mr. Sarkis has 20 years of experience in merchant banking, investment banking Retail & Institutional sales, and private equity for small/mid-market capitalization companies. Mr. Sarkis has led private and public international financings for companies based in Europe, the Middle East, China and South East Asia. Mr. Sarkis was the head of global capital markets at Newbridge Securities from 2008 to 2011. Before that, he the Senior Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking at H.C. Wainwright & Co. from 2006 to 2008. He was the founding partner and Head of Investment Banking at Maxim Group LLC from 2002 to 2006. From 1998 to 2002, he was Managing Director in the Healthcare and Technology Banking Groups at Investec, Inc. He attended McGill University (Montreal), and the BS/DO Biomedical degree program at the NYIT/ New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Francis Argenziano
Senior Managing Director

Mr. Argenziano has over 15 years of Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Equity Trading experience. His deal origination and transactional experience is in excess of $2.2 billion of public and private financings as well as M&A for middle market companies of over $1 billion. Mr. Argenziano's public and private financing as well as M&A advisory experience spans a broad range of sectors, including: Technology, Homeland Security and Defense, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Business & Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Retail, Leisure and Hospitality, and Energy and Transportation. Mr. Argenziano also has extensive experience in Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), financing and M&A advisory. He previously worked at Newbridge Securities as Senior Managing Director from 2008 to 2011. Before that he worked at H.C. Wainwright & Co. as a Managing Director, Investment Banking and as a Director, Investment Banking at Maxim Group LLC. From 1994-2000, Mr. Argenziano was employed at Fleet Securities and Paragon Capital Inc. where he held a range of leadership positions in the Capital Markets and Securities Trading Departments. Mr. Argenziano received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and an MBA with a dual concentration in Finance and Management Sciences both from Fordham University.
David Wong
Senior Managing Director

Mr. Wong has over 14 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking with a focus on emerging growth companies as well as private and public equity for small/mid-market capitalization companies. During his career Mr. Wong has led public and private financings in excess of $2.2 billion. From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Wong worked at Newbridge Securities as Senior Managing Director. He had joined H.C. Wainwright as a Managing Director in Investment Banking and had previously worked for Maxim Group LLC where he led their Asia investment banking practice. Previously, he has also worked at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities LLC (subsequently Banc of America Securities LLC) where he was involved in capital raising and advisory transactions for middle market investment banking clients. Mr. Wong began his career in finance with William O'Neil & Co., an investment management and research firm. Mr. Wong holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Chicago.

Sean Gately
Vice President, Equity Capital Markets

Mr. Gately has 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance and has focused on emerging growth companies as well as private and public equity for small/mid-market capitalization companies. During his career Mr. Gately has participated in public and private financings in excess of $300 million. Mr. Gately worked at Newbridge Securities Corporation in November 2010 as a Vice President in the Capital Markets Group.In 2009, Mr. Gately joined Midtown Partners as Vice President where he was responsible for deal origination and where he focused on small cap companies in technology, healthcare, oil & gas, alternative energy, homeland defense and telecom sectors, among others. In 2009 Midtown ranked 3rd most active placement agent having closed 17 transactions. Mr. Gately joined H.C. Wainwright & Co. Inc. as an Analyst in 2006. While at H.C. Wainwright, the firm was ranked as one of the most active placement agents in private placements. Mr. Gately participated in transactions in a variety of sectors including emerging markets, technology, healthcare, and natural resources. Mr. Gately holds a Bachelor Degree from Providence College in Providence, RI.
Yuanyuan Wang
Before joining Rockwell, Ms. Wang worked at Newbridge Securities Corp as an Associate in Investment Banking where she assisted Senior Bankers service corporate clients in all aspects of advisory and capital raising functions. Prior to Newbridge, Ms. Wang worked for Hewlett-Packard China as a financial analyst. Ms. Wang received her BS in Peking University with a major in International Economics and Trade and also received her MS at Purdue University's Krannert School of Management with a major in Finance.
Peter Cardillo
Chief Market Economist
Mr. Cardillo joins Rockwell having 45 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. He is a regular commentator on various U.S. and International business news and media, including Bloomberg Radio, CNBC World, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, New York Times, and Consensus Financial Weekly. In addition, his comments are published weekly on Marketwatch.com, Reuters, CNN Money, TheStreet.com and other internet business publications.
Before joining Rockwell Global Capital, Mr. Cardillo was employed as Chief Market Economist at Avalon Partners, Chief Market Analyst for S.W. Bach & Company. Previously he was employed by Westfalia Investments for 13 years and Josephthal & Co. for 27 years. Mr. Cardillo studied Economics at Rhods and New York Institute of Finance.
